The TAP 2.3, KiTAP 1.5, and TAP-M 1.3 test batteries or older versions are only compatible with Windows 7 or earlier. We recommend upgrading, as Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft.
- ARM processors
Installing the TAP, KiTAP, or TAP-M test batteries on a computer with an ARM processor requires an ARM-compatible security dongle (USB-key). You can tell that you have a compatible dongle by the “Drive mSD DL” label on the bottom of the dongle. If this is not the case, please contact Psytest Sales (info@psytest.net) to purchase an ARM-compatible security dongle.
